According to the report, the Redmi Note 6 Pro could be launching in India before November 20. In Thailand, the Redmi Note 6 Pro was launched for 6,990 baht which roughly translates to Rs 15,600. It is available in three colour variants — Black, Blue and Rose Gold.
The Redmi Note 6 Pro will be successor of the most popular smartphones by the company in recent times, the Redmi Note 5 Pro.
The Redmi Note 6 Pro sports a 6.26-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display with an aspect ratio of 19:9 and screen-to-body-ratio of 86 per cent and covered with a 2.5D Gorilla Glass and comes with a notched display.
The device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage which can be further expanded via microSD card.
The smartphone comes with a dual camera setup on the back and also on the front. On the back, it packs a primary sensor of 12-megapixel with Dual Pixel autofocus and f/1.9 aperture, and a secondary sensor of 5-megapixel for depth sensing.
On the front, the phone includes a primary sensor of 20-megapixel with Superpixel, f/2.0 aperture, and a secondary sensor of 2-megapixel for dynamic portrait shots.
The smartphone runs Android 8.1 Oreo with MIUI 10 out of the box, and comes with a massive 4000mAh battery similar to that of the Redmi Note 5 Pro.
Other features of the smartphone include a fingerprint sensor, face unlock, infrared sensor, dual 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4GHz + 5GHz) and hybrid dual SIM (nano + nano / microSD) connectivity.
